I’ve been putting off committing to my body and start a healthier regimen and routines for about 5 years. Pretty much since I got pregnant, not going to lie.
Well, after the hectic year I had in 2017 and gaining an additional 15-20lbs in one year, I decided that enough was enough. I asked for the help that I needed as this is one of those areas that I felt completely immature and helpless in.
I’m proud to say that I’ve been working out consistently for almost 8 weeks now and I’m feeling absolutely awesome and more powerful than I’ve felt in a long time.
I’ve been so humbled by this experience for many reasons, primarily because I believed all my excuses and reasons why I wasn’t working out, for 5 years!

It’s really time that either you take your power back and decide to DO IT or NOT TO DO IT. Either way, it’s totally okay. Whatever decision you make, OWN IT and don’t guilt or punish yourself for what you decide.
Maybe the last 5 years was NOT my time for me to have been working out. Any shoulda, coulda, woulda thoughts are of NO USE TO ME. My time is NOW. and it can be yours TOO!
